By using NomadSplit, you agree to these terms. They're short — please read them.
NomadSplit is a tool that helps groups of people track shared expenses and figure out who owes what. It is not a payment processor — we don't move or hold money. Any actual payments between friends happen outside the app, using whatever method works for you.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
Use NomadSplit for its intended purpose — splitting expenses with people you know. Don't use it to harass others, for any illegal activity, or to attempt to access data that isn't yours.
NomadSplit is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy in all calculations, but we can't guarantee the app will always be error-free or available. Please don't rely on it as the sole record for significant financial obligations — keep your own notes too.
To the extent permitted by law, NomadSplit and its creators are not liable for any financial loss, disputes between users, or damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use NomadSplit after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
